Refund Policy

Returns
All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Changes or Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within a short period after being placed if production has not yet started.
